Ascend uses first-party browser storage for access acknowledgements, cart contents and privacy preferences. Optional analytics and configured email-marketing scripts are controlled by the privacy preference.

Essential storage

The age acknowledgement cookie lasts up to 180 days. Cart contents and the email entered at the access gate may be saved in browser local storage. Privacy choices are remembered in a first-party cookie for up to one year. Administrative and partner sign-ins use authentication storage when those services are configured.

Optional analytics

Use Accept or Decline in the privacy banner to choose whether optional analytics may run. Declining does not prevent browsing. Email marketing also requires the separate, unchecked opt-in at the gate or an explicit subscription.

Referral links

When a referral link is used, a first-party referral cookie can remember the referral for up to 30 days.

Your controls

Your browser settings let you clear cookies and local storage. Clearing the privacy-choice cookie brings back the preference banner; clearing essential access storage may require a new acknowledgement. Blocking essential cookies prevents the gate from remembering access.
